Multimedia Algebra is an educational title designed to make learning algebra fun.
The product features Professor Doodles as a tutor. He teaches algebra in his classroom by explaining the following categories, Algebra Concepts, Order of Operations, Simplifying Fractions, Integers, Polynomials, Factoring, Exponents of Roots, Quadratic Equations, and Systems of Equations. Each category is explained by means of its associated rules, this also an animated example and practice problems. The practice problems allow the player can either enter an answer or step through the problem to see how it is solved.
There's also the Professor's 'Castle of Co-Ordinates' which consists of a series of rooms. When the player enters a room the Professor asks the player to locate a set of co-ordinates and the view of the room switches so that it is overlaid with a grid. Finding and clicking on the correct location triggers a short animation.
This product also includes a bonus game, Killer Bees by Ron Paludan, it's a fixed screen shoot 'em up game similar to Galaga where bees replacing aliens and a can of insecticide replaces the players spaceship.
